We accept returns and exchanges

Contact us within 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

Items can be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value.
Returns will be refunded in the form of store credit.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Digital downloads

For damaged non-fiber items
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us with a picture of the issue. In the case of damage to non-fiber items (such as mugs), a replacement will be sent at no cost to the buyer.

For damaged fiber items
Fiber items (cushions, blankets, etc.), will be assessed on the condition of the damage. For example, if an item has a rip or tear and can be easily repaired, we can do so at no cost to the buyer. This applies to the life of the item for as long as it is in the original buyer's possession.

If the damage cannot be easily repaired, the buyer can send it back and the product will be reworked into another project (example, yarn from a blanket reused to make a smaller blanket or another item). The buyer will be refunded in the form of store credit and offered the reworked item at 40% of the new item's cost.

Payment options
The website accepts credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and eTransfer.

PayPal and eTransfer are the payment methods for flexible payment options, if you'd prefer to split a bulk payment into smaller interest-free monthly payments. If you'd like to use this option please write a note when you place your order. I'll be in touch when I receive it and then we can work out the payments.
