I know Matcha has been a trendy drink in North America for the past decade or so but I was very hesitant to try it because the colour scared me. That bright green? I'm not scared of green foods but let me just point out that while avocado has the same bright green, there is a gradation to a yellowish-green whereas Matcha is just one solid green.
