I moved from Canada to England in August 2023 and this was the first dishcloth I knit in my new home, or “flat”. The dishcloth is worked on straight needles in a slip-stitch honeycomb pattern which looks pretty and is also good for scrubbing the tough spots! The finished product is 20cm (8 in) x 20 cm (8in). The size before blocking is a bit smaller but the design really stretches out once blocked so don’t worry if you think your knitting looks too small on the needles!
